he rewards!

“But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him” (Hebrews 11:6).

In a very poor condition, I came to Chennai in search of an employment. I was able to become a teacher in a school and the salary was not sufficient even to buy a bicycle. But God graciously enabled me to buy a cycle in ten instalments. I gave that cycle to a sacrificial servant of God.

In a few days, God graciously helped me in securing a job in the Income Tax Department which belongs to the Government of India and I was able to buy a motorcycle. When a servant of God asked me to pray for him as he was in need of a motorcycle in doing God’s work, I gave mine to him free of cost. Then God gave me a car. I vowed to God saying, “To whatever high level you bless me, I will be ever humble in front you and your servants.”

Then I found a servant of God who was with no comforts but doing the ministry more sacrificially than me. On meeting him, I called my driver and asked him to take my car to that missionary. But that servant of God took my driver also along with the car. Later he groomed him into a good servant of God. Today, he has become a big powerful missionary in Chennai and I praise God for that.

As you keep on giving to God, He multiplies and gives back to us. It always pleased the Lord to bless Israel (Numbers 24:1). God treats whatever you give to God as seed and give back to you thirty, sixty and hundredfold.
Peter spared his boat for Jesus to stand and preach. By this act, Christ was able to proclaim the Gospel to many souls. By this, that boat became an anointed one. After this, when Peter launched out deep into the sea, he caught a great number of fish, and their net was breaking (Luke 5:1-11).

Yes, dear children of God, He is a benevolent giver. Open your home for conducting care cell meetings and see what happens. Your home will definitely be blessed. Spend your time too in praying for others and in soul winning. God will extend your lifespan. Give your talents and skills to Him. Your labour will last till the eternity. Your heart will overflow with joy. You will find peace in your family.

To meditate: “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers” (3 John 1:2).
